CustomerConnect Registration

CustomerConnect is a new customer web portal offered by Hastings Utilities to enable customers to easily access account information and data. In order to access this new tool, users must register a new account. Please enter all the required information for your new account and click 'Register'. An activation link will then be sent to your email account. To complete the registration process and activate your new account, please read this email and follow its instructions.

Enter your account number as it appears on the top right your invoice, but do not include any zeros at the front of your account number. Example: Account Number 01234567-01; this customer would enter 1234567-01.
